The Chief Editor of Learnet Publishing and editorial board of its journals selects articles for publication based on their importance and validity, adhering to journal policies and legal standards regarding libel, copyright, and plagiarism. Editors promote transparency in research and are prepared to publish necessary corrections or retractions. Manuscripts are evaluated solely on intellectual merit, free from bias related to the authors’ identities. Manuscript information is confidential and only shared with relevant parties in the review process. Editors must not use unpublished information for personal research and should recuse themselves from reviewing manuscripts with conflicts. Authors must disclose any competing interests. Editors are required to respond promptly to ethical complaints, investigate allegations of unethical behavior, and involve relevant institutions as needed. The publisher is committed to investigating suspected research misconduct and addressing irregularities in the peer review process. Reviewers should engage in the peer-review process to uphold scientific standards, identify flawed studies, and maintain the journal’s integrity. They must provide thorough, constructive, and impartial assessments of manuscripts, evaluating relevance, clarity, originality, and scientific validity. Reviewers should inform the journal editor of any potential conflicts of interest and refrain from reviewing if such conflicts may arise.

The Journal of Convergence in Technology and Management: Global Nexus is an open-access journal, which means that all articles published in the journal are freely available to readers without any subscription or access fees. Authors retain the copyright to their work and are allowed to deposit their published articles in institutional repositories or other open-access archives. 10. Corrections and Retractions

The Journal of Convergence in Technology and Management: Global Nexus is committed to correcting errors and retracting articles that contain significant errors or misconduct. Authors who wish to correct or retract their article must notify the editor-in-chief in writing. The editor-in-chief will review the request and make a decision on a case-by-case basis. If an article is found to contain errors or misconduct, the journal will publish a correction or retraction notice.

11. Peer Review Policy

The Journal of Convergence in Technology and Management: Global Nexus uses a double-blind peer review process to evaluate manuscripts. The journal’s editorial board selects reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. Reviewers are asked to provide constructive feedback and recommendations for publication. The editor-in-chief makes the final decision on manuscript acceptance based on the reviewers’ recommendations.

12. Cancellation Policy

Authors may occasionally wish to withdraw a manuscript after submission. At the time of submission, the submitting author agrees to pay the article processing charges. Once the Editorial Board accepts an article for publication, these charges become due. Authors may withdraw their article without any fees if it is done within 7 days of submission. The journals undertake all processes promptly, incurring costs for services such as payments to reviewers. Therefore, refunds for services that have already been rendered are not possible. A full refund will be issued if the manuscript does not reach the review stage or if it is not accepted. However, there will be no refunds if the author withdraws the manuscript from consideration, declines to revise and resubmit, or if the paper has already been published. Additionally, no refunds will be provided if the manuscript is removed due to copyright infringement claims. Refunds will be processed through online methods within 20 to 30 working days. Any mistakenly deposited funds will be refunded within four weeks, provided the author notifies us within two days of the deposit date. Refunds are strictly governed by the stated policy. If an author withdraws their paper or declines to revise and resubmit after two working days, no refund will be issued. Once the final submission is completed or after publication, the fee paid will not be refunded, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions accepted during the author declaration form. Authors are expected to have taken adequate time to consider their decision to publish with us.

13. Publication Ethics

The Journal of Convergence in Technology and Management: Global Nexus is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics. The journal’s editorial board adheres to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines and takes allegations of misconduct seriously. We have a clear policy on plagiarism, fabrication, and falsification, and we use plagiarism detection software to ensure the originality of submissions.

14. Fundamental Errors

In cases where an article is found to contain fundamental errors, the Journal of Convergence in Technology and Management: Global Nexus may retract the article
