Manuscripts are evaluated solely on intellectual merit, free from bias related to the authors’ identities. Manuscript information is confidential and only shared with relevant parties in the review process. 12. Cancellation Policy

  • Submitted Version (Preprint): The version submitted to IJCST before peer review can be deposited at any time with no embargo.
  • Accepted Version (Author Accepted Manuscript): The version post-peer review but pre-copyediting can be deposited immediately upon acceptance, with a statement noting acceptance by IJCST.
  • Published Version (Version of Record): The final published PDF can be deposited after a 6-month embargo for all articles.

All deposited versions must include the full citation, a link to the published article via its DOI, and not be used for commercial purposes.
