Editorial Policy
The Chief Editor of Learnet Publishing and the Editorial Board of its journals select articles for publication based on their scholarly importance, originality, and validity, adhering to journal policies and applicable legal standards regarding libel, copyright, plagiarism, and research integrity.
Editorial decisions are made independently and are based solely on the academic merit and relevance of the manuscript to the journal’s scope. Such decisions are not influenced by the authors’ nationality, institutional affiliation, gender, race, religious beliefs, political philosophy, or financial considerations.
Editors promote transparency in research and are prepared to publish corrections, clarifications, or retractions when necessary to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the scholarly record.
All manuscripts submitted to the journal are treated as confidential documents. Information about a submitted manuscript is disclosed only to the corresponding author, reviewers, editorial advisers, and the publisher, as appropriate. Editors and editorial staff must not use unpublished information disclosed in a submitted manuscript for their own research purposes without the author’s explicit written consent.
Editors must recuse themselves from handling manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, institutional, or other relationships with any of the authors, companies, or institutions connected to the manuscript. Authors are required to disclose any competing interests that may influence the results or interpretation of their work.
Editors are responsible for responding promptly to ethical complaints, investigating allegations of unethical behavior, and cooperating with relevant institutions or regulatory bodies when necessary. The publisher is committed to investigating suspected research misconduct and addressing any irregularities in the peer-review or publication process in accordance with established ethical guidelines.
Reviewers play a critical role in maintaining the quality and integrity of the journal. They are expected to participate actively in the peer-review process to uphold scientific standards, identify methodological weaknesses, and ensure the reliability of published research. Reviewers must provide objective, constructive, and timely evaluations of manuscripts, assessing relevance, clarity, originality, and scientific validity.
Reviewers are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest and must decline to review manuscripts if such conflicts could compromise their impartiality. All review materials must be treated as confidential and must not be used for personal advantage.
