Data Sharing and Reproducibility Policy

For the International Journal of Communication, Science and Technology, the Data Sharing and Reproducibility Policy is designed to ensure transparency, credibility, and validation of published research in line with global academic standards.

1. Whether Data Sharing is Required:

Authors are encouraged, and where applicable required, to share the underlying data, code, and supporting materials associated with their research to promote openness and verification. Data should preferably be deposited in recognized public repositories or made accessible upon reasonable request, except in cases involving confidentiality, proprietary restrictions, or ethical limitations, which must be clearly justified.

2. Data Availability Statement:

All manuscripts must include a clear Data Availability Statement specifying the location and accessibility of the data used in the study. This may include direct repository links, institutional storage details, or a declaration that data is available from the corresponding author upon request. In cases where data cannot be shared, authors must provide valid reasons to maintain transparency.

3. Reproducibility Expectation:

Authors are expected to provide sufficient methodological detail, datasets, and analytical procedures to enable other researchers to replicate or validate the findings. This includes clarity in research design, data collection methods, tools or software used, and statistical techniques applied, thereby ensuring the reliability and scientific integrity of the published work.
