Intellectual Property Policy

For the International Journal of Communication, Science and Technology, the Intellectual Property Policy is established to protect originality, ensure proper attribution, and uphold ethical publishing standards.

1. Ownership of Ideas:

Authors retain ownership of their original ideas, concepts, and research contributions submitted to the journal. However, by submitting their work, authors grant the journal the right to publish, disseminate, and archive the content, while ensuring that proper credit and authorship are always maintained. All submissions must be original and free from plagiarism or unauthorized use of others’ intellectual property.

2. Use of Third-Party Materials:

Any use of third-party content, including text, images, tables, figures, or datasets, must be properly cited and used in compliance with applicable copyright laws. Authors must ensure that such materials are either in the public domain, covered under fair use, or used with explicit permission from the original copyright holders.

3. Permissions Responsibility:

It is the sole responsibility of the authors to obtain necessary permissions for the use of any copyrighted material prior to submission. Authors must provide evidence of such permissions when required and ensure that all acknowledgments are clearly stated within the manuscript to avoid any legal or ethical issues.
