The International Journal of Communication, Science and Technology uses a double-blind peer review process to evaluate all submitted manuscripts. In this process, the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential to ensure an unbiased and objective evaluation.

Upon submission, manuscripts are initially screened by the editorial office to assess their suitability for the journal’s scope and compliance with submission guidelines. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field.

Reviewers are selected by the editorial board based on their subject expertise and are expected to provide constructive, objective, and timely feedback regarding the quality, originality, clarity, and scientific validity of the manuscript. Reviewers must maintain confidentiality, declare any potential conflicts of interest, and refrain from using unpublished information for personal advantage.

The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision regarding manuscript acceptance, revision, or rejection based on the reviewers’ recommendations and the journal’s editorial standards. Editorial decisions are made independently of any financial considerations or external influence.
