Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement (In accordance with COPE – Committee on Publication Ethics)

1. Duties of Editors
Ensure the quality and integrity of published material.
Evaluate manuscripts solely on academic merit and relevance to the journal’s scope.
Maintain confidentiality of submissions.
Disclose and avoid any conflicts of interest.
Actively investigate and address allegations of misconduct (e.g., plagiarism, falsification).

2. Duties of Reviewers
Maintain confidentiality and objectivity in peer review.
Report any suspected plagiarism, data fabrication, or ethical issues.
Declare conflicts of interest and recuse themselves when necessary.
Provide constructive feedback and avoid personal criticism.

3. Duties of Authors
Submit original work with proper citations and references.
Avoid plagiarism, multiple submissions, and data manipulation.
Ensure all co-authors meet authorship criteria and approve the final version.
Disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest.
Promptly notify the editor if a significant error is discovered post-publication.

4. Duties of the Publisher (Learnet Publishing)
Uphold publishing ethics by following COPE principles.
Work with editors to investigate and correct errors, issue retractions, or remove content when justified.
Ensure the journals have robust systems for archiving and long-term digital preservation.
Provide editors and reviewers with support and training in ethical standards.

5. Handling of Misconduct
The editorial board will act on suspected or proven unethical behavior.
COPE Flowcharts will be followed for investigations.
Sanctions may include rejection, retraction, and blacklisting, depending on severity.

6. Plagiarism Policy
All submissions will be checked using plagiarism detection software.
Manuscripts with over 10–15% similarity (depending on context) will be rejected or sent back for revision.

7. Corrections and Retractions
Corrections will be issued for errors affecting content interpretation.
Retractions will occur in cases of proven misconduct or major errors.
An explanatory statement will accompany all corrections or retractions.

8. Archiving and Open Access
The journal provides open access to content under the Creative Commons license. Digital archiving is managed to ensure long-term preservation (e.g., via PKP PN, LOCKSS, or institutional repositories).
